Dear valued buyers,

Please spend a few minutes to read on the T&Co. carefully.

I knew that there are few buyers, who haven't receive their packages which I sent out on Sept. 28 by regular shipping. First of all, I'm sorry that I have no idea what happen to those packages. Besides that, it is pretty hard to trace and track where those packages are, because tracking number is not provided for regular mail. To be safe, buyers can always choose to use registered shipping.

I'm a serious contact lens seller. I even emailed to every buyer a proof of shipment - photo of his/her package, contact lenses and tracking number (for those who chose registered mail as their shipping method). I already did what I suppose to do, and anything happen after the shipment is totally out of my control as those packages are carried out by shipping company.
